Patricia AnnBRACKENBURYJanuary 11th 2025, passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd aged 89 years of 35 Ponc Y Fron, Llangefni.
Cherished mother of Sion and Glyn, proud grandmother of Adian, Lewis, Gwennan, Tirion and Llinos. Deeply missed by her family and friends.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at Bangor Crematorium on Friday February 14th at 11.00a.m.
